The Mission of First Presbyterian Church of Woodburn is to provide a warm, welcoming, Christian fellowship, where all can worship and glorify God; as we learn, grow, and are renewed and enriched in Christian faith; and as we endeavor to minister to the needs of the congregation, the community and the world.
Worship services are Sundays at 10:30 a.m. with Scripture, prayer, a relevant and Biblical message, and vibrant music with piano, organ, choir and guest musicians. Complimentary coffee and cookies follow the service, with a soup lunch provided after church on the first Sunday of every month.
Our church is located at 950 North Boones Ferry Road, at the corner of Hwy 214, 1/2 mile east of exit 271 of the I-5 freeway. See us in Google maps by clicking here.
Our pastor is Rev. Cynthia O’Brien and our music director is Debra Huddleston.

David Huddleston created this mural which depicts agricultural products of the Willamette Valley, and also features a table laid with bread and wine. David painted the panels in our fellowship hall. The mural was designed for installation on the south side of our church. The session voted to dedicate this mural in memory of Lois Wengenroth.
The City’s public art ordinance requires that the mural be donated to the City in the form of an easement, and requires the that the content of the art be approved by Woodburn’s Public Art Mural Committee. We received this approval in May, 2014. In September 2014, the Board of Trustees of the Presbytery of the Cascades approved our request for an easement to the City of Woodburn.
The mural was installed on Saturday, September 20, 2014 and a dedication service was held on September 28, 2014.
